Since starting KH Designs in 2001 I have been helping clients in the USA with dealing with losing their homes to wildfires. It's a difficult time to rebuild after that experience and I have helped with Insurance Claims by documenting the house lost and Designing their New Homes. I've searched for over two decades for Building Systems that are Affordable and Easy to build with. When I first heard about the SABS composite Building System and SABScrete I could not believe it. I have visited the Strata Group International team in Phoenix and saw several buildings made with this system. Spans of 30' are possible and Net Zero levels of performance are easily adjustable with the EPS panel widths. Currently I am working on two projects for a client in Pasadena but I would be happy to work with anyone in the USA looking to build their New Home with this system. I am also in contact with the Los Angeles branch of Strata Taj Innovations - I would be happy to make any Introductions.

The Entire Structure is Started by Installing all EPS Walls, Floors and Roofs. Widths are determined by In-House Structural Engineers and Building Envelope Consultants for Net Zero levels of Performance.
